A popular offering with the rise of anti-LGBTQ+ and anti-trans legislation across the United States. This is great for Pride ERGs and all-staff sessions. It makes a wonderful cross-over event with any Parent and Caregiver ERGs, especially if funds are tight.

Neuroqueer: Supporting our LGBTQ+ and Neurodivergent Youth

Similar to the Supporting our LGBTQ+ Youth session above, this adds the nuance of being neurodivergent (focusing more on ADHD and Autism). This is great for Pride ERGs and all-staff sessions. It makes a wonderful cross-over event with any Parent and Caregiver ERGs and Neurodivergent ERGs. Due to the extra content required, this offering is a minimum of 90 minutes.

This empowering session equips adults to foster safer, inclusive environments for neuroqueer young people, with considerations for executive functioning, co-occurring identities, access needs, and challenging moments. You'll gain:

  1. Foundational knowledge of LGBTQ+ and neurodivergent umbrellas
